I've spent the last 4+ years helping online course creators like you optimize every inch of their business in Kajabi. I'm well-versed in complex automations, strategic web design, customer management, third party app integration, and so much more. Working with course creators has given me a unique perspective to truly understand the distinct problems you face in enrolling more students in your courses.

I created this membership because I saw a need for high-performing Kajabi course creators to have someone in their back pocket to handle all the little things that pop up in Kajabi. My aim is to provide the very best Kajabi services in a format that works with your fast-paced business.

Why is this better than hiring a one-off specialist or in-house employee?

When you outsource your project to a Kajabi specialist or designer, you're wasting a lot of time on the prep work. Fill out a form, email back and forth, book a call, get added to their waitlist, finally onboard, discuss the project, and eventually get started. When you join my membership, you can see results in as little as 2 business days. Literally... two days from now.

As for an in-house employee, that's wonderful if you can afford it! But having an employee means you need to manage them and provide them with constant work. With my membership, as soon as you run out of projects, you can simply pause, so you aren't paying me to sit around and do nothing.

How are larger projects handled (like a website redesign)?

I love big beautiful Kajabi projects, and I've done quite a few! Inside my membership, your large projects may need to be broken down into bite-sized pieces so I can continue to deliver amazing results in the timeframe you've expect. What might this look like? Let's say you want a 4-page website. The homepage might take a week, each additional page might take 2 days each, and the final touches could take an additional 2 days.

How many different requests can I submit at once?

When I say unlimited, I truly mean it! You can submit as many requests as you'd like, and I'll tackle them one at a time with an average turnaround time of 2 business days. You can log into your project portal at any time to add, delete, edit, or reorder your requests.

What happens when I pause my membership and how do I restart it?

Need to pause? No problem! Just drop me an email and I'll get your membership paused immediately. Billing will be on hold, and when you're ready to start up again, just let me know and you can pick up right where you left off. For instance, let's say you pause 2 weeks into your monthly membership. When you're ready to get going again, you'll have 2 weeks left before you're billed for the next month.

It's worth mentioning that when I have a waitlist for my membership, I may need to implement restrictions on the length of the pause (don't worry - you'll be given a heads up beforehand!).

What kind of requests can I submit? Is there anything you don't do?

What if I run out of projects before the month ends?

I'm a small business owner too, so I understand the ebb and flow of things. Just send me an email to pause your membership and you can restart it at any time.

Can we schedule a weekly call to discuss our projects?

I structured my membership to ensure I'm 100% focused on my clients' projects throughout the day and working as efficiently as possible. This means I need all communication to stay within the portal so nothing gets overlooked (that would stink for all of us!).

That said, you're welcome to embed voice notes, Loom videos, or Google Drive links in your project portal if that's the easiest way for you to explain things.

What if I request some web design and I don't like the result?

That happens. Perhaps I misunderstood the vibes you were going for, or you weren't quite set on your vision. We'll go back and forth with revisions until you're 110% satisfied.

What does it really mean to have results in 2 business days?

For small and medium requests (create a funnel, link this third party platform, update the copy on our sales page, create an email sequence, etc), they'll likely be completed within 1-3 business days. Once completed, you'll be notified so you can check it out and provide feedback.

For large requests (build a long-form sales page, set up a course, customize a Community from scratch, etc), I'll break it down into bite-sized pieces so I can still send you something to see/have/provide feedback on within 1-3 business days. You'll be tagged in your project portal so you can see the progress and let me know about any changes before the next round.

Will multiple people be logging into my Kajabi and handling my projects?

At this time, I'm a one-person team, so I, Kelly, will be the only person to have access to your Kajabi account (logged in under my own account email), and I will handle all project requests.

Is there a contract? What happens if I request a refund?

There is a contract, but there is no minimum number of months. You can cancel at any time and I will finish out the month for you. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my services, refunds are not possible.

What if you're sick or go on vacation and can't work?

Sick days happen. Most of the time, you won't even know about it, and you'll still receive completed projects in an average of 2 business days. When I'm really under the weather, I'll let you know and pause your membership until I'm back at it.

As for vacations, I typically take 6 weeks of vacation each year (some of which are working vacations). If I'm unable to work while traveling, your membership will be paused until I return. You will always be given ample notice of planned vacations.

What does the portal look like and how does it work?

The portal is a private Trello board (for now - this may change in the future). This is where you will submit and manage all of your project requests. This is also where all communication will remain so I can ensure nothing is overlooked.

Inside your portal, you’ll find 3 columns or “lists”:

Backlog - This is where you’ll add new project requests. There is no limit to how many requests you can add to this list, and the order does not matter.

Current Request - Once you’re ready for me to begin work on a project, drag it from the Backlog to this list and I'll get started. I check this list daily. You can only have one project in this list at any time. Feel free to add descriptions, links, Loom videos, screenshots or whatever else that will help me to complete the request.

Completed - Once a project has been completed, I'll drag it to this list and notify you that it’s finished. If something needs to be changed, feel free to drag it back to the “Current Request” list and leave me a comment with your feedback.

When I sign up, am I locked into this price or will it increase in the future?

When you sign up, you're locked into the current pricing for at least 3 months.

Any increase in price will be given 1 month's notice and will require a new contract or an addendum to your existing contract.
